One of Our Latest Projects

A Three-Level Transformation with Arched Windows and Modern Touches. This home was originally built in 1920 but had lost a bit of its charm. After a competitive interviewing process, the homeowners chose NGage Properties Group as the Design + Build firm to completely remodel and slightly expand this old and outdated home. Check out the before and after photos in our Portfolio

The home looked forgotten in time, but the location was fantastic, for these homeowners. So, upgrading the exterior was a requirement. We lime-washed the brick to keep some of the character; yet, modernized the sides and rear by adding vertical board and batten siding by James Hardie, one of our preferred partners. We then painted it black to create a modern contrast and elevate the elegance of this home while maintaining it’s original charm.

Here’s an overview: Complete interior gut and renovation; plus, 2nd level rear addition for owner's suite expansion. This home was built in the 1920's and had not been upgraded. Our client's wanted to completely upgrade the entire house and expand the width of the rear bedroom. On the exterior of the home, we limewashed the brick, rebuilt the front retaining wall, walkway and stairs to include stone, plus completely replaced a very badly damaged driveway. We also upgraded and added additional black trimmed windows (along with new custom arched windows), added custom wood-look soffits and a new mahogany wood door to modernize the exterior. We also added board and batten siding on the rear as well as installed a new wood deck and cedar fence. On the interior, we completely gutted all 3 levels; redesigned the 2nd floor to add a 2nd bathroom and created an owner's suite with a custom walk-in closet. We designed a Japandi-styled owner's bathroom with floor, wall and ceiling tile with a large shower and enclosed jacuzzi tub.
