Step One - Initial Consultation & Preliminary Estimate
At NGage Properties Group, our journey together begins with a complimentary consultation designed to establish trust and mutual understanding. This first meeting is an essential step in building the foundation for a successful partnership.
For clients ready to move forward, we typically meet in person at the property to assess the space and discuss your vision. If you are in the early stages of planning and more than three months away from making a decision, we can conveniently connect via video conference.
During this session, our focus is on listening to your needs, understanding your goals, and exploring the potential of your space. We encourage you to share your vision for the finished project—whether through photos, inspiration boards, or links to examples you admire. It’s also helpful to come prepared with a general budget range and a timeline for when you’d like the project to begin and be completed.
We will provide an initial evaluation of your space, identifying any foreseeable challenges related to structure, zoning, or systems such as electrical and plumbing. This meeting typically lasts no longer than 75 minutes. Based on our discussions, we will prepare a detailed Preliminary Estimate within 7–10 days, tailored to your dream project.

Step Two - Planning & Design
After presenting the Preliminary Estimate, we move into the Planning and Design phase—a pivotal step where your vision begins to take shape. During this stage, we collaborate closely with you and, if necessary, our architects to refine your ideas into a cohesive plan. Every detail is carefully considered, balancing your stylistic preferences, the structural integrity of the home, and your budget.
Depending on the scope of the project, we may provide conceptual designs, detailed construction drawings, and 3D renderings to help you visualize the final result. This phase is often one of the most intricate and time-intensive, requiring seamless coordination.

Step Three - Construction
With the Planning and Design phase complete, we transition seamlessly into construction, where every detail is executed with precision and care. Our first priority is securing all necessary permits to ensure the project moves forward smoothly and complies with local regulations.
During construction, we prioritize protecting your home and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. From safeguarding existing finishes to minimizing disruption, our meticulous attention to detail ensures your home is treated with the utmost respect.
A dedicated Construction Supervisor will be on-site daily, overseeing every aspect of the build to guarantee that the highest standards are upheld. Additionally, a senior member of the NGage Properties Group team will serve as your main point of contact throughout the construction phase, keeping you informed and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
