Nicole Butler

A multifaceted entrepreneur, Nicole Butler is the Founder and CEO of NGage Properties Group, a full-service, luxury design-and-build firm serving the Metro Washington, D.C. area.

From stilettos to construction boots, Nicole’s commitment to every aspect of the business has generated triple-digit growth for NGage Properties Group. Her expertise is informed by a multi-dimensional career across multiple industries, from the federal government to Fortune 500 companies to operatic singing.

A Chicago native, Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing at the University of Maryland College Park. After working for the federal government, she moved to New York and worked in corporate banking for 15 years. While in New York, she discovered a love for operatic performance and decided to follow her passion, attending Juilliard School of Music and then studying and performing in Italy. Inspired by her love for real estate, she launched NGage Properties Group in 2013 and became a Licensed General Contractor. She also earned her Interior Design certification from the New York Institute of Art & Design. To date, she has managed the design and build and or sale of over 100 projects across the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia markets.

Nicole’s ability to build authentic relationships, and trust with her clients and network, has allowed her to find success in a multitude of industries.
