Nicole Butler

A multifaceted entrepreneur, Nicole Butler is the Founder and CEO of NGage Properties Group, a full-service, luxury design & build firm serving the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.

From stilettos to construction boots, Nicole’s multi-dimensional global executive leadership experience across Fortune 100 companies, non-profit organizations, the Federal Government and international operatic performances informs her passion, commitment and expertise in every aspect of her business.

A Chicago native, Nicole earned her MBA in Finance and Marketing at the University of Maryland, College Park. After completing Business school, she began working for Citibank, N.A. and moved to New York City. She expanded her career into the world of American Express while simultaneously exploring her passion for operatic performance and attending Juilliard School of Music. To further pursue that passion she moved to Italy, where she lived and performed for 1yr.

Once back in the States, she returned to the Washington, D.C. area and worked as a Global Senior Executive within the non-profit sector. In 2013, she launched NGage Properties Group, became a licensed General Contractor in 3 jurisdictions and a certified Interior Designer from the New York Institute of Art & Design.

To date, she has managed the design, build and/or sale of over 100 homes and has a team of 85 architects, engineers, interior designers and artisans. Having traveled to more than 50 countries, Nicole is passionate about creating globally inspired, luxurious living spaces that are personalized to each client.
